Sheba has the ability to read minds. Here is where you can opt out or determine what she finds. I will give you a cue in tags when she makes an attempt and you can determine what she finds then.

Sheba also has the ability to see the future. You can opt out or determine what she sees about your character. Generally she will not see visions of strangers but she can if you want to have something for your character to talk about with her.
Sheba will be having visions of her world as it would continue past her canon point but sometimes the visions show it being destroyed. She could do the same for your character if you want. She will not see visions of things inside the tower though.
Comment with the information in the text boxes so I know what is acceptable! If you haven't posted here I will PM you or communicate with you in narration to determine the results of mind reading or precognition.

Jellal Uhm, Jellal doesn't have any mind reading capabilities himself, but he does know Telepathy, so I guess he does have some kind of mental defense at least and he'll notice if she digs too deeply. Idek, Fairy Tail never goes into how mental magic things work.
Kiryu: Kiryu is servant(/vessel) to a peruvian death god, who is connected to his mind and will probably notice any outsider trying to gain access immediately. The result of that... Yeah...

Riku:She can go as deep as she likes... OOCly, I have to warn though that Riku won't react well to finding out; he was possessed once and doesn't like the mere thought of anyone that isn't him inside his head

Luke: As deep as she'd like, if she finds his surface thoughts boring. He's not unused to having people try to contact him telepathically, but he doesn't like it, so he'll likely get irritated if he knows she's in his head.

What will she see?: America is from 1608 so anything that happens after that point in US history is allowed, though I'd prefer if the really touchy subjects of history weren't touched upon. Revolutionary War stuff is okay; of note is this in particular.

Ganondorf: His speech about how hard his people's lives in the desert was, the King of Hyrule snatching the Triforce last second and wishing for Hyrule's destruction as well as his death at Link's hand. He's learnt most of this by now but his canon point is shortly before that.
Emmett Brown: As he is from the end of the movies, she could see stuff from the video game sequel.
Big Boss: Years long coma, slowly becoming more extreme and becoming a well-intentioned extremist that is trying to start World War III and create a world of perpetual war, lovely stuff.
Can they be corrupted?:
Ganondorf: Yes, out-of-context Ganondorf's death and future is very ambiguous to begin with.

Mental defenses: Nothing in particular, though Xion is made of memories - I'll expand on what this means next question
Depth: As deep as you like, though I should note that Xion is made of memories, so once Sheba starts diving into those - and particularly the deeper she goes - the more likely Xion is to a. notice what Sheba's doing and b. have some kind of physical reaction on Xion's part (i.e. splitting headaches and etc.)

What will she see?: Xion's from the middle-to-end (Day 300) of Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, so anything after that is fair game. Also the two scenes in KH3D where she appears are okay too (I can give links to videos if you need them). I'd prefer if none of the specific circumstances of her defeat/death be touched on though. At least not without prior discussion/plotting.

Mental defenses: Being a strong spirit who's been around for quite a few years (see, a LOT) he likely does have some level of mental defenses if she digs too deeply into things.
Depth: Deep as she'd like. Just keep in mind he's got some nasty trauma in his past he might get touchy about if he finds out she's seen it/knows about it.

Depth: As deep as she likes! Although I do like an idea of just what she's looking for in her head, there's some pretty serious trauma/unpleasant images in there Amelia doesn't make obvious, especially by this point. She may want to watch where she steps in Amelia's head.

What will she see?: Given she's taken from right after the final battle, the main thing she would probably see is Amelia being reunited with her mother at last, and going on to become General Duessel's right hand man and a nearly legendary knight in her own right.
Her home country, the Grado Empire was nearly destroyed after the war and ended up being further devastated by a tremendous earthquake, but in the end they manage to rebuild it, with Amelia using her remarkable strength to help protect it.
All that said, I would like to discuss in advance just what she might see in Amelia's future should it come up!

Lambda: In her world, Lambda is known as the second most powerful witch in existance and her specialty is making things certain to happen. She's not going to allow anyone to get further than she wants and probably has some fake thoughts and memories set up to throw people off.

Judas: Nothing exciting...he's from the furthest canon point so far but the series is ongoing, some pretty mundane stuff, maybe like going to a fair or something woohoo

Mental defenses: Evatrice is a witch and one that's pretty secretive about some stuff to boot, so they're pretty strong. It shouldn't be impossible to break through them, but it'd definitely require some effort.
Depth: Anything is fine though once you break through it! Even though Evatrice herself wouldn't take very kindly to it, ahaha.
Evatrice doesn't really have much of a future since she was just denied/killed in her world, so I won't fill in the other part since there's nothing to be seen! c:

Mental defenses: None, but Merciless's mind isn't a fun place, what with her casually thinking about bloody and violent imagery. As a side note something might seem off about her mind, like it's not working the way it should. If she's sensitive enough, she might feel the remnants of outside, or even alien and malevolent, influences on her.
Depth: As deep as Sheba might care to--the deeper, the more likely she's to detect traces of those influences.

What will she see?: Mostly horrifying things-her world is a terrible place. People getting their souls eaten by black smoke that then takes over their bodies. Towns with walls of bone and flesh, as well as impossible amounts of blood flowing in streams everywhere and the buildings being covered with bloody marks. Merciless partaking in ritual killings and cannibalism in such towns. Merciless killing people and then turning their bodies into wards against the soul-eaters. Merciless's own eventual death at the hands of a mine being collapsed atop her as a trap.
Can they be corrupted?: Sure! Really, you might want to spare Sheba those. I'm only filling this out in case you want to do do anything with it. I don't mind either way.

Depth: As deep as she likes for either character! Just note that there's some horrible trauma in Edgeworth's past that he will be really angry about if Sheba looks into that and finds out. Not that he'd be happy about her reading his mind anyway. XD

Can Sheba see visions of your character's future?: Yes for Colette. No for the moment for Edgeworth until Dual Destinies comes out.
What will she see?: With Lloyd's help, Colette saves both Tethe'alla and Sylvarant and they are reunited together. They also help a boy named Emil in the game's sequel.

Mental defenses: Moderate, I imagine! He has an alarming amount of willpower, if that helps. Enough to defy dying outright through sheer refusal to stop existing.
Depth: Any, I imagine. But the deeper she goes the more unpleasant it's going to get. He's got at least two sets of completely different memories in there, and all of that is wrapped in the really unpleasant powers of darkness and nothingness.

Mental defenses: None, technically, beyond being completely inhuman and not thinking like a human does. Digging in his mind may be painful - for Sheba. Telepathic contact with Lorelei is an unpleasant thing canonly.
Depth: How deep is Sheba allowed to go? Surface thoughts only, memories, ect? As far as she can tolerate.

Can Sheba see visions of your character's future?: Yes. :D Lorelei will find it amazingly, amusingly ironic.
What will she see?: Diverging paths. More than one possibility, and none of them rely on Lorelei. He WILL be captured, and bound to another's will. After that ... paths diverge. Freeing him from captivity could save the world or end it. Ending it forks again - through a terrible poisonous fog, or the release of six powerful godlike creatures.
Can they be corrupted?: Sure.
